Compass is a platform that prepares your immigration situation and connects you with regulated professionals (solicitors and IAA-regulated advisers). Using it means agreeing to these terms.
The platform is not your lawyer
Compass organises the information you provide and checks it against published rules, it never gives legal advice and never issues automated decisions. Every assessment is reviewed and signed by the regulated professional who takes your case, and that professional is responsible for the advice they give.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information, your case is only as good as the answers in it. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
Prices and payment
Your price is shown before you submit. No payment is taken in the product, you only pay after our team has matched you with a regulated adviser and that adviser takes your case, at the price (or the confirmed quote) you were shown.
Responsibility
The professional who signs your assessment does so under their own registration and professional obligations. Compass is responsible for running the platform honestly: your data handled as the privacy policy says, your price as quoted, your file kept traceable.
